Polisi bongkar kasus pengoplosan gas subsidi

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Bisnis ilegal yang menguras subsidi negara terbongkar di Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Empat orang mengoplos elpiji 3 kilogram ke tabung 12 kilogram dan 50 kilogram untuk dijual kembali. Selama empat bulan beroperasi, praktik tersebut ditaksir menyebabkan kerugian negara mencapai Rp 1,02 miliar. Aktivitas pengoplosan itu berlangsung di sebuah gudang di Desa Cebolek Kidul, Kecamatan Margoyoso.

Saat polisi menggerebek lokasi, para pelaku tengah memindahkan gas dari tabung bersubsidi ke tabung berkapasitas lebih besar menggunakan alat yang telah dimodifikasi. Kapolda Jawa Tengah Irjen Pol Roy Hardi Siahaan mengungkapkan, empat orang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Mereka berinisial LH (44), MFH (28), SKR (46), dan ABS (38), yang seluruhnya merupakan warga Kabupaten Pati.

Menurut Roy, komplotan tersebut menjalankan bisnis ilegal itu sejak Juli 2026. Untuk mendapatkan pasokan, mereka memborong elpiji 3 kilogram dari warung-warung kelontong di wilayah Pati setiap hari.

"Tersangka setiap harinya mengambil (memborong) gas 3 kilogram dari warung, karena ada warung Madura di sekitar wilayah Pati," ujar Roy di kantor Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Jateng, Banyumanik, Semarang, Sabtu (17/10/2026).

Tabung-tabung gas tersebut kemudian dibawa ke gudang untuk dipindahkan isinya ke tabung 12 kilogram dan 50 kilogram. Proses pemindahan dilakukan satu per satu menggunakan alat khusus.

Setelah pengoplosan selesai, para pelaku berkeliling menawarkan gas kepada warung-warung dan penyalur elpiji. Mereka menyasar tempat usaha yang kehabisan stok untuk memasarkan tabung hasil oplosan.

Dari penggerebekan itu, polisi menyita 34 tabung elpiji berisi berbagai ukuran. Yakni 3 kilogram, 12 kilogram, dan 50 kilogram. Polisi uga mengamankan empat tabung kosong berukuran 12 kilogram serta sejumlah segel tabung gas.

Polisi memperkirakan kerugian negara akibat penyalahgunaan elpiji bersubsidi selama empat bulan mencapai Rp 1.022.400.000.

"Kurang lebih empat bulan, maka ada kerugian negara Rp 1.022.400.000," ungkap Roy.

Keempat tersangka dijerat Pasal 55 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi beserta ketentuan perubahannya, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama enam tahun.
