Tekanan di pasar saham Indonesia berlanjut pada awal perdagangan pekan ini. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dibuka anjlok 4,31% ke level 4.961,87 pada Senin (19/10/2026), di tengah pemberlakuan batas Auto Rejection Bawah (ARB) sebesar 7% oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Layar perdagangan di gedung BEI, Jakarta, menampilkan pergerakan IHSG yang kembali melemah pada awal perdagangan. Indeks turun 223 poin dibandingkan penutupan perdagangan sebelumnya.
Pada awal perdagangan, volume transaksi tercatat mencapai 1,17 miliar saham dengan nilai transaksi Rp 1,04 triliun. Frekuensi transaksi mencapai 80.236 kali, dengan 602 saham melemah, 88 saham stagnan, dan hanya 64 saham menguat.
Pelemahan tersebut membawa IHSG kembali ke kisaran level 4.900, yang menjadi level terendah sejak Oktober 2020, ketika pandemi COVID-19 mengguncang pasar keuangan global. Sejumlah saham berkapitalisasi pasar besar, seperti BBCA, BBRI, BYAN, dan TLKM, turut menjadi pemberat pergerakan indeks.
Tekanan ini melanjutkan koreksi tajam yang terjadi pada perdagangan sebelumnya. Pada Jumat (16/10), IHSG anjlok 11,6%. Dengan pelemahan tersebut, indeks tercatat telah merosot sekitar 43% sepanjang tahun berjalan atau year to date (YtD), berdasarkan data yang disampaikan.
Kondisi pasar juga berlangsung di tengah perhatian investor terhadap rencana Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) yang sedang mempertimbangkan perubahan klasifikasi pasar saham Indonesia, dari kategori pasar berkembang (emerging market) menjadi pasar mandiri (standalone market).
Di tengah tekanan tersebut, BEI mulai memberlakukan batas Auto Rejection Bawah (ARB) sebesar 7% pada 19 Oktober hingga 31 Desember 2026. Kebijakan ini diterapkan untuk menjaga keteraturan perdagangan sekaligus memberikan waktu bagi investor untuk mencerna informasi di tengah dinamika pasar.
