Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Menteri Koordinator Bidang Hilirisasi dan Transisi Energi Bahlil Lahadalia memberikan bocoran terkait kementerian dan lembaga yang bakal berada di bawah lingkup koordinasinya. Kepastian rincian tersebut nantinya akan tertuang dalam Peraturan Presiden (Perpres).

Bahlil mengungkapkan, Perpres mengenai Kemenko Hilirisasi dan Transisi Energi akan rampung dan terbit dalam waktu dekat. Peraturan tersebut memuat secara mendetail ruang lingkup tugas dan koordinasi yang akan dipimpinnya.

Ia menyebutkan, Badan Pengaturan (BP) BUMN hingga Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) dipastikan masuk dalam daftar.

"Saya kasih bocoran saja, itu kan nanti ada di Perpres, mungkin Perpres-nya sebentar lagi selesai. Namun, yang tadi rapat dengan saya itu Pak BP BUMN dan Kementerian Investasi. Insyaallah sudah hampir pasti di bawah koordinasi Kemenko Hilirisasi," ujar Bahlil saat ditemui di Kantor Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), Jakarta, Jumat (16/10/2026).

Saat dikonfirmasi mengenai kementerian lain, Bahlil belum dapat berbicara banyak. Meski begitu, ia memberi sinyal bahwa Kementerian Perindustrian (Kemenperin) berpotensi kuat ikut bergabung.

"Rasa-rasanya ya, tetapi itu baru feeling," ucapnya singkat.

Proses Konsolidasi Kementerian Teknis

Langkah penataan ini melengkapi proses konsolidasi internal yang telah berjalan. Selain Kementerian ESDM—yang juga dipimpin langsung oleh Bahlil—serta Kementerian Investasi dan Hilirisasi, keterkaitan sektor industri menjadi alasan kuat masuknya Kemenperin.

"Kalau kita bicara hilirisasi, kita bicara industrialisasi. Instrumen dari hilirisasi untuk mencapai nilai tambah adalah industri. Jadi mungkin juga Kementerian Perindustrian masuk," jelas Bahlil.

Pengalihan Koordinasi dari Kemenko Perekonomian

Sebab terbentuknya Kemenko Hilirisasi dan Transisi Energi ini turut membawa penyesuaian pada struktur kementerian teknis lainnya. Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto mengonfirmasi akan adanya pengalihan koordinasi sebagian kementerian teknis ke menko baru tersebut.

Airlangga menjelaskan, tim teknis saat ini tengah merumuskan Struktur Organisasi dan Tata Kerja (SOTK) baru yang difasilitasi oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB).

"Nanti ada tim teknis SOTK-nya. Pembahasan masih terus berjalan di Kementerian PANRB," tutur Airlangga.
