Tifauzia Tyassuma atau dr Tifa didakwa melakukan tindak pidana fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) atas tudingan ijazah palsu. Dokter Tifa menolak tawaran menempuh jalur damai.

Dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur, Kamis (2/7/2026), hakim menjelaskan soal ketentuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP). Kata hakim, terdakwa bisa mengupayakan restorative justice atau damai karena ancaman pidana di bawah 5 tahun.

"Begini terdakwa ya, dari yang dibacakan tadi dakwaan, ada beberapa pasal dakwaan yang memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 204 ayat 5 ancaman di bawah 5 tahun ya, saudara bisa melakukan atau mengupayakan perdamaian dengan korban," kata hakim.

Dokter Tifa didakwa dengan dakwaan primair Pasal 434 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 441 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 126 ayat 1 KUHP. Lalu dakwaan subsidair Pasal 433 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 441 ayat 1 juncto Pasal 126 ayat 1 KUHP.

Tifa juga didakwa dengan dakwaan kedua primair Pasal 434 ayat 1 KUHP. Kedua subsidair Pasal 310 ayat 1 KUHP atau Pasal 35 juncto Pasal 51 ayat (1) dan/atau Pasal 32 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 48 ayat (1) Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) juncto Pasal 126 ayat (1) KUHP atau Pasal 32 juncto Pasal 48 ayat 1 UU ITE juncto Pasal 126 ayat (1) KUHP.
