Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Pengacara Tengku Zanzabella, Ranto Sibarani SH, membantah kliennya terlibat dalam penyebaran rekaman video call Ruben Onsu dengan pria berinisial Y yang viral di media sosial.

Bantahan itu disampaikan dalam konferensi pers untuk meluruskan kronologi pertemuan Tengku Zanzabella, Sarwendah, dan seorang pria bernama Artos. Pihaknya juga menyiapkan langkah hukum terhadap orang-orang yang menuding sang klien.

Tegaskan Tak Pernah Terima Rekaman

Ranto menilai narasi di media sosial telah menggiring opini seolah-olah Tengku Zanzabella berada di balik tersebarnya rekaman pribadi tersebut. Ia menegaskan kliennya tidak pernah memegang rekaman itu sebelum akhirnya sampai ke publik.

"Klien kami tidak pernah menerima, tidak pernah menguasai, dan tidak pernah melihat rekaman video tersebut," tegas Ranto saat jumpa pers di Kawasan Tangerang, Senin (19/10).

Menurut Ranto, kliennya hanya memfasilitasi pertemuan pada 6 September 2026 yang dihadiri Sarwendah, Artos, serta seorang pengacara. Ia menyebut rekaman justru diterima Sarwendah langsung dari Artos saat pertemuan berlangsung. Ranto juga mengklaim memiliki bukti percakapan bahwa Sarwendah lebih dulu mengajak bertemu pada 5 Agustus 2026.

Soroti Unggahan 10 Oktober

Ranto turut menyoroti beredarnya rekaman pada 10 Oktober 2026. Menurut penjelasannya, video itu mulai tersebar lewat unggahan kolaborasi di Instagram yang melibatkan akun Sarwendah dan Artos. Ia berpendapat unggahan tersebut perlu diperhatikan dalam menelusuri bagaimana rekaman bisa diakses publik.

"Klien kami tidak pernah menerima, menguasai, dan menyiapkan video tersebut," ujarnya.

Ranto juga menanggapi tudingan soal CCTV di rumah Tengku Zanzabella. Menurutnya, keberadaan kamera itu wajar, dan komunikasi kliennya dengan staf hanya soal air minum serta kebutuhan di meja pertemuan. Ia menyebut ada uang Rp30 juta yang diberikan kepada pihak terkait pengungkapan video, sedangkan Tengku Zanzabella memberi Rp5 juta kepada Artos. Namun, ia tidak merinci sumber uang Rp30 juta tersebut.

Siapkan Langkah Hukum

Ranto mengatakan pihaknya tengah menyiapkan langkah hukum terhadap pihak-pihak yang menuding Tengku Zanzabella sebagai dalang penyebaran rekaman. Laporan itu dapat berkaitan dengan dugaan pencemaran nama baik atau fitnah. Ketika ditanya apakah Sarwendah termasuk yang akan dilaporkan, ia menyatakan masih melihat keterlibatan masing-masing pihak berdasarkan bukti.

"Kami sedang mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang cukup," kata Ranto.

Tengku Zanzabella juga disebut telah melaporkan Kelly, mantan asistennya, ke kepolisian pada 12 Oktober 2026 atas dugaan pencurian ponsel dan uang Rp3 juta, yang masih perlu dibuktikan. Ranto berharap Ruben Onsu dan Sarwendah tidak saling membuka aib setelah bercerai.
