Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) menegaskan akan memecat Ketua Tim Panitia Seleksi (Pansel) Bank NTB Syariah, Wirayaja Kusuma. Wirayaja yang juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Biro Ekonomi Setda NTB ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan masker COVID-19 di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (Diskop UMKM) NTB tahun 2020.

Kepala Dinas Kominfotik NTB Yusron Hadi mengatakan, Pemprov NTB menghormati proses hukum yang sedang berjalan terhadap pejabatnya.

"Perlu kami sampaikan bahwa sesungguhnya Bapak Gubernur sudah mengikuti kasus ini sedari awal beliau menjabat. Beliau sangat menghormati proses hukum yang tengah berjalan dengan tetap menjaga asas praduga tak bersalah," ujar Yusron kepada detikBali, Selasa malam (20/5/2025).

Yusron menjelaskan, Gubernur NTB Lalu Muhamad Iqbal akan segera membebastugaskan Wirayaja dari jabatannya sebagai Kepala Biro Ekonomi, setelah menerima surat pemberitahuan resmi dari kepolisian.

"Segera setelah resmi, Gubernur akan membebastugaskan dari jabatannya sebagai Kepala Biro Ekonomi dan akan menunjuk pejabat Pelaksana Tugas," sambungnya.

Penetapan tersangka terhadap Wirayaja Kusuma dan lima orang lainnya tertuang dalam surat bernomor B/673/V/RES.3.3/2025/Reskrim tertanggal 7 Mei 2025. Surat tersebut dikirim penyidik Unit Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipidkor) Satreskrim Polresta Mataram ke Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Mataram.

Salah satu nama yang juga ditetapkan sebagai tersangka adalah mantan Wakil Bupati Sumbawa Dewi Noviany. Diketahui, Dewi merupakan adik kandung dari mantan Gubernur NTB periode 2018-2023, Zulkieflimansyah.

Kasi Intel Kejari Mataram Muhammad Harun Al Rasyid membenarkan surat penetapan tersangka tersebut. "Iya, sudah (diterima)," ujarnya singkat, Selasa (20/5).

Selain Wirayaja dan Dewi, empat nama lainnya yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka yakni Kamarudidin, Chalid Tomassoang Bulu, M. Haryadi Wahyudin, dan Rabiatul Adawiyah.

Terpisah, Kasatreskrim Polresta Mataram AKP Regi Halili enggan memberikan keterangan lebih lanjut saat ditanya soal peran masing-masing tersangka. "No comment," kata Regi.
