Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengambil langkah tegas dengan berencana mengeluarkan seluruh saham berkonsentrasi kepemilikan tinggi (high shareholding concentration) dari penghitungan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).

Langkah ini diambil demi meningkatkan kredibilitas serta integritas indeks pasar modal Indonesia.

Kebijakan strategis ini menjadi bagian dari kelanjutan reformasi pasar modal nasional yang diakselerasi usai pengumuman dari Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) pada Jumat (16/10/2026).

“Untuk memberikan indeks harga yang lebih kredibel dan berintegritas, kami akan mengeluarkan seluruh saham high shareholding concentration dari Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan,” tegas Direktur Utama BEI, Jeffrey Hendrik, dalam konferensi pers di Gedung BEI, Jakarta, Senin (19/10/2026).

Selain mendepak saham-saham dengan konsentrasi kepemilikan tinggi dari IHSG, BEI juga akan memperketat transparansi dengan menambahkan keterangan status afiliasi atau nonafiliasi pada publikasi nama pemegang saham yang memiliki porsi minimal 1 persen.

“Dalam publikasi nama pemegang saham 1 persen, kami akan tambahkan keterangan apakah nama tersebut terafiliasi atau tidak terafiliasi,” lanjutnya.

Jeffrey mengungkapkan, jajaran direksi BEI telah menggelar pertemuan secara daring dengan pihak MSCI pada Senin (19/10/2026) untuk mendiskusikan pengumuman terbaru dari lembaga penyedia indeks global tersebut. Namun, pihak bursa belum dapat membeberkan perincian maupun hasil akhir dari pembahasan tersebut.

“Kami berkomitmen untuk terus melanjutkan reformasi di pasar modal,” tegas Jeffrey.

Sebagai catatan, BEI sebelumnya telah mengoperasikan empat inisiatif reformasi pasar modal. Keempat langkah tersebut mencakup:

Membuka transparansi nama pemegang saham dengan kepemilikan minimal 1 persen.
Menyampaikan data investor secara lebih terperinci.
Meningkatkan ketentuan porsi saham publik (free float).
Mengumumkan daftar saham yang memiliki konsentrasi kepemilikan tinggi.

Di samping itu, otoritas bursa juga telah menghapus ketentuan harga minimum saham sebesar Rp 50 per lembar sebagai upaya mendorong pembentukan harga yang lebih wajar dan transparan.

Terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan baru ini, Jeffrey menyatakan bahwa BEI akan segera mengumumkan jadwal serta waktu efektif pengerjaannya dalam waktu dekat.

“Kedua inisiatif tersebut akan kami sampaikan segera waktu efektifnya,” pungkas Jeffrey.
