Modus Iming-iming Pekerjaan, Gadis 17 Tahun Diduga Diperkosa di Mess Perusahaan — Polisi meringkus DH (47) terkait kasus pemerkosaan anak di bawah umur modus iming-iming pekerjaan di Way Kanan, Lampung (Liputan6.com/Istimewa)

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Janji mendapatkan pekerjaan justru berujung petaka bagi seorang gadis berusia 17 tahun di Kabupaten Way Kanan, Lampung. Korban berinisial A diduga menjadi korban pemerkosaan oleh seorang pria yang masih memiliki hubungan kerabat dengannya.

Polisi menangkap tersangka berinisial DH (42), warga Kampung Bujung Buring, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Mesuji, Lampung, terkait kasus dugaan pemerkosaan anak di bawah umur tersebut.

Peristiwa itu terjadi pada Sabtu (3/10/2026) di sebuah mes atau bedengan milik perusahaan swasta di Kecamatan Pakuan Ratu, kabupaten setempat.

Kasatreskrim Polres Way Kanan Iptu Riswanto menjelaskan bahwa tersangka diduga memanfaatkan hubungan kekerabatan dengan korban untuk mengajaknya pergi dengan iming-iming pekerjaan.

"Tersangka DH yang masih memiliki hubungan kerabat dengan korban diduga mengiming-imingi korban dengan janji akan diberikan pekerjaan," kata Riswanto, Rabu (14/10).

Korban yang berasal dari Kabupaten Lampung Barat kemudian pergi bersama seorang rekannya untuk menemui tersangka. Keduanya lantas menginap di mes perusahaan swasta di wilayah Pakuan Ratu.

"Namun, di lokasi tersebut, tersangka diduga melakukan perbuatan asusila terhadap korban yang masih berusia 17 tahun. Keberadaan korban sempat membuat keluarganya khawatir. Pihak keluarga tidak mengetahui keberadaan korban dan berusaha mencari informasi mengenai keberadaannya," jelasnya.

Pencarian itu akhirnya mengarah kepada tersangka yang diketahui pergi bersama korban. Keluarga kemudian menemukan korban di lokasi tersebut dan membawanya pulang.

Ibu korban selanjutnya melaporkan dugaan tindak pidana tersebut ke Mapolres Way Kanan agar diproses secara hukum.

Tersangka

Menindaklanjuti laporan itu, Satreskrim Polres Way Kanan menggelar perkara penetapan tersangka pada Selasa (6/10/2026), sekitar pukul 09.30 WIB.

Berdasarkan alat bukti dan keterangan saksi yang dinilai mencukupi, penyidik menetapkan DH sebagai tersangka.

Sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB pada hari yang sama, Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Satreskrim Polres Way Kanan menerbitkan surat perintah penangkapan terhadap tersangka untuk kepentingan penyidikan lebih lanjut.

Dalam pengungkapan kasus itu, polisi turut mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, di antaranya pakaian yang dikenakan korban saat kejadian serta dokumen identitas berupa akta kelahiran korban.

Atas perbuatannya, DH dijerat dengan Pasal 81 Ayat (2) UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi UU.

Tersangka juga dapat dijerat dengan Pasal 415 huruf b UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP juncto UU RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.

"Karena perbuatannya, tersangka terancam pidana penjara 5 tahun dan paling lama 15 tahun kurungan," tandasnya.
