Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Viral video berisi seorang pria berlagak jagoan mengamuk kepada perempuan pedagang Pasar Griya Bukit Jaya, Desa Tlanjung Udik, Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor.

Terkait hal tersebut, Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR Ahmad Sahroni meminta kepolisian menindak tegas aksi premanisme dan kekerasan terhadap pedagang yang dinilainya tidak boleh dibiarkan.

"Para preman ini harus diproses hukum dan kalau terbukti melakukan kekerasan dan gangguan keamanan, segera proses pidana. Selain itu, polisi juga wajib menyikat para preman ini sampai petinggi-petingginya. Agar mereka tahun bahwa ini negara hukum, tidak bisa mereka semena-mena melanggar," kata dia kepada wartawan, Rabu (7/10/2026).

Politikus NasDem itu menuturkan, pasar harus menjadi ruang publik yang aman bagi masyarakat untuk berdagang dan memenuhi kebutuhan.

"Pasar jangan sampai dikuasai preman. Jangan ada setoran, pemalakan, ancaman, atau kekerasan terhadap pedagang maupun masyarakat. Negara harus memastikan orang bisa berdagang dan berbelanja dengan aman," jelas dia.

Sebelumnya, pria berkaos hitam itu menghampiri pedagang sambil mengacak-acak lapak dan memukul pedagang. Peristiwa tersebut dipicu oleh persoalan uang sampah dan sewa lapak.

Kapolsek Gunung Putri AKP Hilal Adi Imawan menuturkan, korban telah melaporkan persoalan itu ke polisi.

Duduk Perkara Bang Jago Acak-acak Lapak dan Pukul Pedagang

"Saat ini penyidik Polsek Gunung Putri telah melakukan pengecekan serta olah tempat kejadian perkara," ujar Hilal, Rabu (7/10/2026).

Polsek Gunung Putri memanggil sejumlah saksi yang mengetahui hal tersebut. Polsek Gunung Putri sedang mengidentifikasi untuk dilakukan penyelidikan terhadap penganiayaan terhadap korban.

"Benar korbannya seorang perempuan, yang dipicu karena adanya salah paham terkait pembuangan sampah dan tunggakan biaya sewa lapak jualan," jelas Hilal.

Adapun lokasi tempat terjadinya keributan merupakan lapak tempak berjualan milik mertua korban. Keributan dikarenakan kesalahpahaman terkait masalah persampahan.

"Nah, harusnya kan di situ ada dua tempat sampah," terang Hilal.

Hilal mengungkapkan, terdapat tempat pembuangan sampah dari lapak dan kios. Selain itu terdapat tempat pembuangan sampah untuk toko atau ruko yang berbeda lokasi.

"Karena ada yang mengurusnya masing-masing (pengelolaan sampah) lah gitu. Nah mungkin dugaannya, si ibu ini buang sampahnya ke tempat yang enggak seharusnya. Harusnya kan buangnya ke tempat sampah khusus lapak, tapi dia buangnya misalnya ke (tempat sampah) ruko," ungkap Hilal.

Selain itu, lanjut Hilal, keributan tersebut turut dipicu adanya sewa lapak. Diduga pedagang tersebut menunggak biaya lapak, namun tidak disebutkan besaran sewa lapak.

"Jadi ada miss omongan, ya istilahnya jadi debat-debat di situlah, di lokasi. Mungkin tersulut emosi, terus melakukan pemukulan dan lain-lain," ucap Hilal.

Saat disinggung terkait sosok yang melakukan pemukulan merupakan petugas pasar atau preman, Hilal belum mengetahui lebih jelas sosok tersebut, dikarenakan masih dalam pencarian.

"Seperti itulah kurang lebih, tapi bukan petugas pasar ya. Apa ya istilahnya, mungkin ya tokoh atau orang yang ada di situlah," pungkas Hilal.
