Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Laju Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) anjlok pada pra perdagangan saham Jumat pagi, (16/10/2026). Tekanan IHSG ini terjadi setelah penyedia indeks global MSCI mengumumkan mulai membuka konsultasi terkait potensi perubahan status pasar saham Indonesia.

Mengutip data RTI pada pukul 08.58 WIB, IHSG turun 8,01% menjadi 5.393,9. Indeks saham LQ45 8,33%. Seluruh indeks saham acuan kompak tertekan.

Selain itu, sebanyak 595 saham dan 14 saham diam di tempat. 33 saham diam di tempat. Total frekuensi perdagangan saham 105.728 kali dengan volume perdagangan saham 5,4 miliar saham. Nilai transaksi harian saham Rp 905,2 miliar.

Adapun kedua surat keputusan tersebut mulai efektif diberlakukan Selasa, 8 April 2025.

Batasan persentase Auto Rejection Bawah disesuaikan menjadi 15% bagi Efek berupa saham pada Papan Utama, Papan Pengembangan, dan Papan Ekonomi Baru, kemudian Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), serta Dana Investasi Real Estat (DIRE) untuk seluruh rentang harga.

Sementara itu, ketentuan penghentian sementara pelaksanaan perdagangan Eeek disesuaikan menjadi sebagai berikut:

1. Dalam hal terjadi penurunan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dalam satu Hari Bursa yang sama, Bursa melakukan tindakan sebagai berikut: Trading halt selama 30 menit apabila IHSG mengalami penurunan hingga lebih dari 8%.

2. Trading halt selama 30 menit apabila IHSG mengalami penurunan lanjutan hingga lebih dari 15%.

3. Trading suspend apabila IHSG mengalami penurunan lanjutan hingga lebih dari 20% dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

• sampai akhir sesi perdagangan; atau

• lebih dari satu sesi perdagangan setelah mendapat persetujuan atau perintah OJK

Penyesuaian persentase Auto Rejection Bawah dilakukan untuk menjaga volatilitas pasar dan memastikan pelindungan investor.

Sementara itu, penyesuaian ketentuan pelaksanaan penghentian sementara perdagangan Efek dilakukan sebagai upaya BEI untuk memberikan ruang likuiditas yang lebih luas bagi investor dalam menentukan strategi investasi dengan mempertimbangkan informasi yang ada. Dalam penerapan kebijakan ini, BEI juga telah mempertimbangkan best practice pada Bursa-bursa di dunia serta memperhatikan masukan pelaku pasar.
