Kondisi penampungan air untuk Perumahan Serpong Lagoon, Tangsel

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Ahli kesehatan lingkungan (kesling), Dicky Budiman menyarankan agar pipa dan tandon air dari Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) di perumahanan Serpong Lagoon, Setu, Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) didisinfeksi usai temuan bakteriE.coli pada sampel air.

Disinfeksi penting dilakukan karena kehadiran bakteri E.coli merupakan indikator kontaminasi tinja.

"Karena hampir semua sampel yang diuji termasuk air rumah warga, itu positif E.coli maka biofilm di pipa dan tandon bisa jadi reservoir kuman. Jadi, urutannya pastikan jaringan induk dibilas, didisinfeksi lebih dulu supaya rumah tidak terkontaminasi ulang," kata Dicky lewat pesan suara ditulis Selasa (20/10/2026).

Dinding tandon sebaikan disikat dengan deterjen lalu bilas hingga air bilasan bersih. Kemudian didisinfeksi dengan larutan kolorin tinggi. Kemudian air keran dibuka hingga bau kolorin hilang.

Dicky menyarankan penggunaan air tersebut Dinas Kesehatan setempat telah memverifikasi ketika E. coli nol dan tingkat kekerauhan memenuhi baku mutu merujuk Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 2 Tahun 2023.

Bila air belum bersih, ia tidak menyarankan penggunaan untuk dikonsumsi untuk minum dan masak maupun sikat gigi.

Waspadai Efek Lanjutan pada Balita yang Diare

Mengingat setengah kasus muntah dan diare menimpa pada balita, Dicky mengingatkan orangtua untuk mewaspadai sindrom uremic hemolytic. Ini adalah suatu kumpulan gejala yang disebabkan oleh pecahnya sel darah merah dan rusaknya bagian dalam dinding pembuluh darah. Kondisi ini paling sering disebabkan oleh infeksi E. coli.

"Ini biasanya 5-10 hari setelah diare. Jadi waspadai itu," pesannya.

Kondisi sindrom tersebut ditandai dengan urine berkurang, pucat, memar, bengkak, tinja berdarah. Jika muncul gejala tersebut segera ke dokter.

"Anak yang sudah baik sebaiknya sudah dipantau sampai sebulan ke depan," tutur Dicky.

176 Kasus Muntah dan Diare

Sebelumnya Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel), Banten, mencatat jumlah warga yang mengalami gejala muntah dan diare di kawasan perumahan Serpong Lagoon, Keranggan, Kecamatan Setu, bertambah menjadi 176 orang.

Kepala Bidang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangsel, Fitria Oriza, mengatakan data tersebut tercatat hingga Senin (19/10/2026).

"Per kemarin 176 orang," kata Fitria saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (20/10/2026).

Menurut Fitria, pendataan dilakukan melalui tautan Google Form yang dibagikan kepada warga pelanggan layanan air yang dikelola PT Arfa Putra Soegama.

Warga yang mengisi formulir merupakan mereka yang mengalami gejala seperti demam, mual, muntah, dan diare.

"Yang mengisi link warga Serpong Lagoon yang memiliki gejala, demam mual muntah mencret," ujarnya.

Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangsel telah merekomendasikan agar warga Serpong Lagoon menghentikan sementara penggunaan air yang disalurkan pengelola kawasan perumahan tersebut.

Penyedia layanan air juga diminta membersihkan instalasi pengolahan air serta melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas air secara berkala.
