Polda Riau menggelar serah terima jabatan Direktur Lalu Lintas (Dirlantas) dan Kapolresta Pekanbaru. Jabatan Dirlantas kini diisi oleh Kombes Gathut Bowo Supriyono, sementara kapolresta Pekanbaru kini dijabat oleh Kombes Ronny Riantoko Eppang.

Acara serah terima jabatan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda Riau Irjen Arman Achdiat di Mapolda Riau, Jumat (16/10/2026). Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri Wakapolda Riau Brigjen Simson Zet Ringu, Irwasda Kombes Ino Hariyanto, para Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polda Riau, serta Kapolres dan Kapolresta jajaran.

Sertijab dan acara pisah sambut ini menandai peralihan kepemimpinan Dirlantas Polda Riau dan Kapolresta Pekanbaru. Posisi Dirlantas Polda Riau kini resmi dijabat oleh Kombes Pol Gathut Bowo Supriyono, menggantikan pejabat lama Kombes Pol Jeki Rahmat Mustika. Sementara jabatan Kapolresta Pekanbaru diserahterimakan dari Kombes Pol Muharman Arta kepada Kombes Pol Ronny Riantoko Eppang.

Dalam sambutannya, Kapolda Riau mengapresiasi tinggi dedikasi dan pengabdian para pejabat lama selama bertugas di wilayah hukum Polda Riau. Ia juga menyambut kedatangan pejabat baru serta mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga kontinuitas program kerja yang sudah berjalan.

"Arah pengabdian kita harus sejalan dengan kebijakan Bapak Kapolri, yaitu 'Polisi Bersama Masyarakat', serta nilai pembangunan Polda Riau: Responsif, Inisiatif, Antisipatif, dan Universal (RIAU). Saya tidak ingin menambah program baru, yang terpenting adalah program yang sudah ada dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, profesional, dan penuh tanggung jawab," ujar Irjen Arman.

Ia menegaskan bahwa mutasi jabatan merupakan dinamika organisasi yang wajar untuk menjaga kesinambungan tugas. Seluruh personel diminta menyikapi setiap penugasan dengan semangat, ketulusan, serta integritas tinggi.

Kepada pejabat baru, Kapolda Riau optimistis Kombes Pol Gathut Bowo Supriyono mampu memperkuat tata kelola lalu lintas di Riau, serta Kombes Pol Ronny Riantoko dapat mengendalikan situasi keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (kamtibmas) di Kota Pekanbaru secara responsif dan terukur.

"Manfaatkan seluruh kemampuan personel di lapangan untuk merespons dan menyelesaikan persoalan secara cepat dan tepat. Jangan menunggu arahan pimpinan untuk setiap persoalan yang sebenarnya dapat diselesaikan sesuai kewenangan masing-masing," tambahnya.

Rangkaian acara diawali dengan pemutaran video selayang pandang, pesan pamit pejabat lama, perkenalan pejabat baru, hingga penyerahan cenderamata oleh Kapolda Riau beserta istri dan perwakilan Kapolres jajaran. Seluruh kegiatan berlangsung khidmat, lancar, dan aman terkendali.
