Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Ombudsman Republik Indonesia masih menemukan berbagai fasilitas di sel yang pernah dihuni Setya Novanto dan Nazaruddin dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Sukamiskin.

"Kalau konteks kamar pak Setya Novanto (Setnov) dan Nazaruddin, tampaknya hanya dinding saja yang berubah. Tempat tidur dan beberapa lemari utama, juga lantai, tampaknya masih dibiarkan," kata Komisioner Ombudsman, Adrianus Meliala di Lapas Sukamiskin, Kota Bandung, seperti dilansir Antara.

Sebelumnya, sejak ditemukannya berbagai fasilitas mewah di sana, Lapas Sukamiskin sudah melakukan sejumlah perombakan. Kamar-kamar di sana sudah dirombak.

Namun, di sel yang pernah dihuni oleh mantan Ketua DPR RI dan mantan politikus Demokrat itu masih menjadi perhatian. Ukuran kamar lembaga permasyarakatan itu lebih lebar. Juga sel terdakwa dugaan korupsi Simulator SIM, Djoko Susilo.

Mereka masing-masing menempati sebuah kamar berukuran dua kali lipat dari sel lainnya di Lapas Sukamiskin.

Sementara itu, Kepala Kanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat Liberti Sitinjak mengatakan proses renovasi Lapas Sukamiskin telah mencapai 97 persen dan hasilnya akan diserahkan tanggal 31 Desember 2019.

Maka dari itu, kata dia, ke depannya tidak ada lagi istilah kepemilikan kamar bagi para narapidana. Menurutnya pihak Kemenkumham akan kembali melakukan asesmen untuk menentukan penempatan sel para napi.

"Perlu saya jelaskan untuk mulai terjadi rehab ini Oktober tidak ada lagi yang namanya kamar Setnov, tidak ada lagi yang namanya kamar Nazaruddin nanti kita akan data ulang karena juga tidak ada jaminan dia harus di situ bergantung pada hasil asesmen," kata Liberti.

Terkait dengan luas kamar, menurutnya perombakan tersebut perlu adanya koordinasi dengan instansi cagar budaya. Sebab, kata dia, Lapas Sukamiskin adalah salah satu bangunan bersejarah di Bandung.

"Menyangkut masih belum disentuhnya kamar itu dari sudut luasannya. Kita masih menunggu dari cagar budaya yang sampai sekarang masih belum menjawab bagaimana kita harus melakukan tindak lanjut," kata dia.

Untuk sementara waktu menurutnya bisa saja tiga kamari tersebut dikosongkan. Karena ia menyebut masih banyak sel yang tersedia untuk para narapidana.

"Bisa saja kamar itu yang tiga tadi, yang belum sempurna, bisa saja kita kosongkan dulu karena kapasitas di sini kan sekitar 500, sedangkan sekarang baru sekitar 300 yang dihuni. Jadi ini masih akan kami tindaklanjuti,” ujar Liberti.
