Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Penyebab diare massal di perumahan Serpong Lagoon, Kecamatan Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan akhirnya terungkap. Dinas Kesehatan Tangsel mengungkapkan air yang digunakan warga terpapar bakteri E-coli lebih dari 9 persen. Hasil uji sampel air terkontaminasi E-coli angkanya ada yang mencapai 955.

"Idealnya kadar E-coli pada air di angka nol," ungkap Kepala Bidang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangsel, Fitria Oriza, Sabtu (17/10/2026).

Angka 955 kadar E-coli, menurutnya, dari rumah Rizky Dewantoro warga Blok A. Dari hasil uji klinis juga diketahui E-coli sebesar 14 di recervoir. Di perumahan warga lainnya di Blok B1/11 kandungan bakteri E-coli tercatat di angka 660.

"Artinya air yang disalurkan ke rumah-rumah warga pelanggan tidak layak pakai," tegasnya.

Dinkes Tangsel merekomendasikan sementara penggunaan air yang dipasok PT Arfa Putra Soegama untuk warga pelanggan di perum Serpong Lagoon dihentikan. Sebab bakteri E-coli mencapai ratusan.

Jika tetap dipaksa, maka dapat menambah jumlah korban penyakit mual, muntah, pusing, diare serta demam tinggi. Solusi saat ini warga disarankan untuk mengonsumsi minum kemasan yang higienis.

"Pastikan kadar sisa Flor bebas pada jam distribusi. Termasuk titik terjal pada sambungan rumah sesuai persyaratan teknis," kata Fitria.

Lalu, periksa jaringan perpipaan terutama dekat saluran air limbah dan atau septic tank.

Pengelola harus rutin periksa kualitas air baku. Meliputi parameter kimia dan meteorologi, pemeriksaan harian PH, TBS dan sisaflor. Di lokasi yang sama, pihak PT Arfa Putra Soegama selaku penjual jaringan air di Serpong Lagoon mengakui juga telah melakukan uji laboratorium. Meski demikian hasil kadar E-coli di bawah angka 150.

PT Arfa Putra mengklaim kualitas baku mutu air menurun karena musim kemarau. Adapun bakteri E-coli ditimbulkan dari pipa jaringan air ke rumah-rumah warga pelanggan.
