Satreskrim Polres Madiun menerima aduan dugaan penyelewengan pupuk subsidi pemerintah jenis organik merek Petroganik. Aduan tersebut diterima pada Jumat (2/10/2026).

"Betul ada laporan masuk kami terima," ujar Kasat Reskrim Polres Madiun AKP Agung Hartawan saat dikonfirmasi detikJatim, Kamis (15/10/2026).

Agung menyampaikan, polisi tengah melakukan penyelidikan atas aduan tersebut. Satreskrim Polres Madiun juga akan memanggil saksi, baik dari pihak pengadu maupun terlapor.

"Progres lidik ataupun sidik nanti kita sampaikan per surat ke pengadu (saksi)," jelas Agung.

Sementara itu, Muhammad Yahya Alfiansyah selaku pengadu menyebut dugaan penyelewengan tersebut berkaitan dengan ketidaksesuaian berat pupuk organik bersubsidi yang dijual kepada petani. Menurut Yahya, berat pupuk Petroganik diduga tidak sesuai dengan angka yang tercantum pada kemasan.

"Beberapa petani menyampaikan bahwa, dugaan ketidaksesuaian berat pupuk organik bersubsidi jenis Petroganik tersebut berawal dari keluhan beberapa petani yang ada di Desa Dolopo dan Kelurahan Mlilir, Kecamatan Dolopo. Berdasarkan keluhan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan pengecekan dan ditemukan beberapa karung pupuk dari dua kelompok tani yang berbeda beratnya kurang dari yang tercantum pada kemasan," ungkap Yahya.

Yahya mengatakan, pengecekan dilakukan terhadap lima karung pupuk bersubsidi jenis Petroganik yang dijadikan sampel. Hasilnya, ditemukan dugaan selisih antara berat aktual dan berat yang tertera pada kemasan.

"Dari 5 karung pupuk bersubsidi jenis Petroganik yang dijadikan sampel, perbedaan berat aktual dengan yang tercantum pada kemasan rata - rata 2,5 kg Sampai 4,5 kilogram," ungkap Yahya.

Yahya juga menjelaskan sejumlah aturan yang menurutnya diduga dilanggar oleh produsen pupuk bersubsidi jenis Petroganik. Salah satunya Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 juncto Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

"Pasal 2 ayat (1) Tentang perbuatan secara melawan hukum melakukan perbuatan memperkaya diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi yang dapat merugikan keuangan negara atau perekonomian negara," tandas Yahya.
