18 siswa di Kalsel keracunan usai santap MBG

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Suasana di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) As-Salam Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan (Kalsel) mendadak ramai, Kamis (09/10/2025) siang, setelah sejumlah siswa mengalami gejala mual dan muntah usai menyantap menu Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG).

Sedikitnya 18 siswa dilaporkan mendapatkan perawatan medis di instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Beberapa di antaranya harus menjalani observasi lebih lanjut karena menunjukkan gejala yang cukup berat.

Pantauan di rumah sakit memperlihatkan para orang tua dan keluarga siswa tampak cemas menunggu perkembangan kondisi anak-anak mereka. Sebagian korban dibawa menggunakan ambulans, sementara lainnya diantar dengan kendaraan pribadi.

Salah satu orang tua siswa, Diroh, mengungkapkan bahwa anaknya mulai muntah tidak lama setelah menyantap makanan dari program tersebut.

“Anak saya muntah terus dan mengeluh sakit perut, bahkan sempat keluar busa dari mulutnya. Kami langsung membawanya ke RSUD Raza,” ujarnya.

Diroh juga menambahkan, kejadian serupa sempat terjadi sebelumnya meski tidak sebanyak kali ini.

“Pernah ada yang sakit perut setelah makan di sekolah, tapi kali ini paling banyak yang dibawa ke rumah sakit,” tambahnya.

Menurut keterangan sejumlah siswa, menu makan siang pada hari kejadian berupa nasi kuning dengan lauk ayam suwir. Beberapa orang tua mengaku sempat menyoroti kualitas makanan yang terkadang kurang segar saat diterima anak-anak mereka.

Selain siswa SD, beberapa pelajar jenjang SMP dan SMA di bawah yayasan yang sama juga dilaporkan mengalami gejala serupa seperti mual, muntah hingga pingsan.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura masih memberikan perawatan intensif kepada para siswa. Sementara itu, pihak sekolah dan instansi terkait disebut tengah melakukan penelusuran untuk memastikan penyebab pasti kejadian tersebut.
